Call to make an appointment

The nurse may ask for information from you about what services you need so they can arrange the right amount of time for your appointment. We also accept walk-ins, but you may have to wait for an opening!

On the day of your appointment, bring with you some form of identification, proof of insurance or proof of income, and a list of all medications you use

If you don’t have insurance, that’s okay- we never turn anyone away because they can’t pay. If you bring in proof of income (like a pay stub) we can assess your fees with a sliding fee scale.

Be Honest

There are no wrong answers to the questions the nurse will ask you. Our staff is well-trained to provide high-quality counseling and education, but they need to have all the information so they can do their job well.

Ask Questions

We want you to feel safe to ask about anything you do not understand or are worried about. It is your right to understand your body, your birth control options, and your health.

Choose what’s right for you

Everyone is different, and there are so many amazing birth control options today! We want to help you come up with the best plan for you that fits with your life plan, your values, your body, and your relationships.

If you’re nervous, ask a trusted family member or friend to come with you

There’s nothing to be scared about, but sometimes having your parent, older sibling, aunt, or bestie there can be helpful.
